Your door is packaged with the utmost care to help prevent damage from occurring during the shipping process. Unlike other suppliers who ship their doors in cardboard boxes, we custom make a wooden crate to help protect each shipment. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment upon arrival. Open the crate to verify the goods are received in good condition prior to signing the bill of lading. It is the buyer's responsibility to make freight claims.
